at 64 years of age, these last 5 have been tough. Previous injuries flaring up and the accompanying aches and pains have forced me to rethink strength training. I first heard about peptides on Joe Rogan's and was amazed to say the least. Started with another BPC 157 post-surgery, then ordered the Wolverine stack. 3months post-surgery, now jogging, light squats, jump-rope, etc. Supplemented with daily B-Complex, magnesium, zinc, C and D.
